Sr. High students that have completed 10th grade are eligible to participate on the Student Leadership Team. (SaLT) The Student Leadership Team allows students to pursue a variety of leadership opportunities:

• Jr. High Extreme, Discussion Group Leader.
• Jr. High Extreme, Program Leader.
• Retreat Planning/Leadership/Session Leader

We believe that peer-to-peer ministry is extremely effective. We are not training leaders for the church of the future, we are training leaders for the church of today.

Students meet regularly with youth leaders to plan as well as to learn about various aspects of christian leadership.
