Fundraising opportunities are provided for all student involved in Asbury Youth Ministries. There are a variety of opportunities made available throughout the year. Students are under no obligation to participate
There are two types of fundraisers: individual and group.
Individual Fundraisers & Student Accounts
Money raised during individual fundraisers are deposited in the student's "youth account". Money in youth accounts can be applied against specific youth events (retreats, conferences, work trips, and other as approved by the DYM.) by completing a transfer form. (Transfer forms are available at the youth bulletin board, from the church office, and shortly, via download from this web site.) The transfer form, with a registration form for the event, and remaining balance must be submitted. You can obtain the balance of your youth account from Colleen Benson or Anita Ellsberry.
Group Fundraisers
Some fundraising events are designated as "Group Fundraisers". The money from these fundraisers are used to benefit Asbury Youth Ministries in a variety of ways.
